1. Attribution: You have to refer to the photographer. This has to be done with the tag 'Picture: Firstname Name www.640x480pixel.com', direct next to or under the picture.
If the picture is used on a website, the file has to be copied on your own server and the attribution tag must be a link to 640x480pixel.com. In addition, the Creative Commons Licence has to be mentioned.

As commercial use is seen any use for which you get paid in some way. These are especially printmedia (like book or magazines), multimedia-CDs, commercial Websites and use for advertisement.
